Term and Conditions

Terms & Conditions (Or: The House Rules)

Last Updated: January 8, 2026

Hi again! Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page for https://fxroy.com/.

I know, I know. "Terms and Conditions" usually sounds like the most boring place on the internet. It’s the part everyone scrolls past to click "I Agree." But since we’re building a community here around Education, Technology, and Digital Skills, we need a few ground rules to keep things running smoothly.

Think of this page less like a courtroom and more like a handshake agreement. By using this website, you’re basically saying, "Okay, I’m cool with these rules."

Here is what you need to know.

1. General Usage

First off, thanks for visiting! Whether you’re here to solve a tricky General Knowledge problem or find a new strategy for Online Earning, you are welcome here. However, I ask that you use the site responsibly. Don't try to hack it, don't spam the comments with links to weird crypto scams, and generally, just treat the site (and other readers) with respect. If you’re using the site, I’m assuming you are at least 13 years old or have a parent helping you out.

2. The "Content" Disclaimer (Read This Part!)

This is probably the most important section, especially given the topics covered on fxroy.com.

I put a lot of time and research into categories like Education & Career and Technology & Internet. My goal is to be helpful and accurate. However, I am a human, not an omniscient robot.

  • For Online Earning & Digital Skills: We talk a lot about ways to make money online or build skills. Please remember: This is not financial advice. What worked for me or what works for others might not work exactly the same way for you. The digital world changes fast. Always do your own research before investing time or money into a new venture.

  • For Tech & Internet: If I write a tutorial on how to fix a software bug or use a new app, I’m sharing what works in my experience. If you try it and something goes sideways (like your computer decides to restart at the worst moment), I can’t be held responsible. Use the tech tips at your own risk!

  • For Education & Career: The career tips here are meant to guide you, but I can’t guarantee a job offer or a promotion. I’m here to be a cheerleader and a guide, but you’re the one running the race.

3. Intellectual Property (The "Please Don't Steal" Clause)

Everything you see on fxroy.com the articles, the logos, the graphics, the witty commentary is owned by the site (unless I’ve credited an outside source).

Can you share it? Absolutely! feel free to share a link on social media or quote a snippet of an article for your own blog. Can you copy-paste the whole thing? Please don’t. It takes a lot of coffee and late nights to write this content. If you copy my work and post it as your own, that’s not cool (and it’s technically copyright infringement).

4. External Links

You’ll often see links to other websites, especially in the General Knowledge or Technology sections. I link to them because I think they’re useful or interesting. But here’s the thing: I don’t own those sites. Once you click a link and leave fxroy.com, I have no control over what happens there. If they have a weird privacy policy or broken pages, that’s on them, not me.

5. Community & Comments

I love hearing from you! The comment section is open for debate, questions, and sharing your own "Problem-Solving" wins. But, I have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Hate speech or bullying.

  • Spammy links.

  • Trolling just for the sake of it.

If I see that kind of stuff, I reserve the right to delete the comments or block users. Let’s keep it a friendly space where people can actually learn something.

6. Changes to These Terms

The internet evolves, and so does this blog. I might need to update these terms occasionally to comply with new laws or just to make things clearer. If I make big changes, I’ll try to let you know, but it’s a good idea to check back here once in a while.

7. Limitation of Liability

To put it simply: I’m doing my best to provide awesome content. But fxroy.com is provided "as is." I can’t promise that the site will never be down, or that a specific piece of advice will change your life overnight. By using the site, you agree that you’re doing so at your own discretion.

8. Got Questions?

If anything here is confusing, or if you just want to clarify something about a specific article, feel free to reach out. Transparency is key!
